Lead Pastor - Tony Spencer
Tony joined the team in August 2011 after 11 years of ministry at North Beach Baptist. He is married to Michelle and they love spending time with their four children and four grandchildren. Tony has a passion to see people discovering God's great love in Jesus Christ and together and living lives of worship in response. He has a love for the church and longs to see a vibrant community of people who are continually amazed by God's grace. He is a West Wing fan, a West Coast fan and enjoys sharing a meal with family or friends.
Associate Pastor - Tim Aguero
Tim has grown up at Gosnells Baptist Church. Having done his MTS at the Christian Union at UWA, and then his theological training at Trinity Theological College, Tim begun his role as Associate Pastor in January 2023 and currently oversees the Mission and Ministry purposes in the life of the church. He has a deep love for Christ and his people, and a love for Working Genuis! He and his wife Meredith have three beautiful children.
Associate Pastor - Justin Fourie
Now having completed his undergraduate at Trinity Theological College, Justin works as an Associate Pastor three days a week while he completes his Masters. His main responsibility is for the Maturity purpose in the life of the church, and has a particular passion to teach and preach God's Word. He and his wife Stacey have five children and love to spend their time together outdoors. He loves to watch his favourite sports teams - the Eagles and the Gunners.
Kids Coordinator - Katie Prince
Katie has been the Kids Coordinator since 2021. She and her husband Conan have three kids, and have been at GBC for many years now. Katie brings joy into every room with her infectious smile, and is such a blessing to the kids and families of our church in particular.
Church Administrator - Itty Uzonwanne
Itty joined the team as Church Administrator in January 2019. She is almost a better soccer coach than she is a Mum, and loves her three children dearly. Slowly, we're trying to convince her that coffee is better than tea, and also that GBC wouldn't take long to shut down without all the work she does!
